Our Story

Woventote was founded on the foundation of Zhejiang Beiying Technology Co., Ltd., a manufacturer established in 2006 with a focus on non-woven shopping bags. What began as a small production workshop has grown, over nearly two decades, into a company that brings together research and development, design, manufacturing, and sales under one roof.

Our team is made up of people who grew up around textile production — many of our staff have spent years learning the details of fabric, stitching, and bag construction long before Woventote existed as a brand. That hands-on manufacturing background is what shaped our decision to eventually bring our products directly to customers online: we wanted the people who actually use our bags to have direct access to what we make, without unnecessary layers in between.

Where We Make Our Bags

Our production facility is located in Huanghe Industrial Park, Building 12, Longgang City, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province — a region with a long-standing textile and bag-making industry. Our factory spans over 18,000 square meters and houses a range of production equipment, including computerized gravure printing machines, film laminating equipment, 3D bag-forming machines, sewing machines, computerized bar-tacking machines, automatic handle-sewing and pressing machines, and heat sublimation production lines. Our team includes over 100 employees working across design, production, and quality checks.

Why We Started This Online Store

After years of manufacturing bags for other brands and retailers, we wanted to create a space where we could share what we make under our own name — Woventote. Selling directly online allows us to stay closer to the people who actually carry our bags day to day, listen to what they need, and keep refining our designs based on real feedback rather than working several steps removed from the end customer.

What We Believe In

We believe a tote bag should be practical first: something you can rely on for grocery runs, work commutes, beach trips, or everyday errands, made from materials chosen with everyday use in mind. We try to keep our designs simple and functional rather than chasing short-lived trends, because a bag you'll actually use for years matters more to us than a bag that just looks good in a single photo.
